住在Manhattan真不是一件容易的事！
 It's not easy to live in the Manhattan！

真的貴到瘋了
is really crazy expensive

不喜歡住在模特兒公寓的我，
I don't like to stay in model apt ,

選擇自己一個人住
so i choose to live by myself

雖說，不是第一次來紐約，
although, it's not the first time in NY,

也早就知道紐約比巴黎還貴，但，還是覺得很不可思議
  and knew it's more expensive than Paris, but, i still can't believe it!

經濟蕭條的時期，房價竟然還是一樣動也不動
The economic depression time, but the rent never ever change!

一開始來紐約時，是金融風暴的開始，遇到一個剛失業的中年律師，
the first time here, was the beginning of the financial storm,
i met one middle age lawyer who lose the job

住在高級地段的上西城，那人人所謂的高級貴貴區，
he was living in the up west side, which is the part of rich side

幸運的跟他租到短期一個月1500美金的房間
he rent the room to me for one month on 1500usd

在上西城，在61街靠近columbus circle 2條街就到地鐵站，
in UWS, on the 61st near columbus circle, only two blocks can get the metro

以這個價錢來說，我真的是撿到寶
this kind of price, i have to say it's fantastic!!

後來去紐約都是因為有個義氣的朋友，才能短期的待在朋友家，
Then, because i have a nice friend, she let me stay her home in short-term

不用擔心住的地方，也很謝謝她的幫忙，讓我脫離模特兒公寓
don't need to worry about the place to live, really thanks for her help,
i can escape the MAPT

現在，自己在網路上找短期公寓
now, i find the short term on the internet by myself

才知道…房價竟然還是一樣貴
and now i know, the price still the same.....so expensive

只能說我太挑了>。 i have to say maybe i'm too picky

選在time square的附近，當然要價不少
chose the one near the time square, so that cost a lot

但，因為是在觀光景點，而且，又是個不夜區
but bcz it's a tourist place, and it's a long night area

加上靠近公車總站、交流道旁
and near the but stop、lincoln tunnel

再「幸運的」加上公寓對面正在蓋房子
and "lickily" in front of the apt is building a building...

就這樣幸運的~~~~吵翻天！
so that's lickily.......NOISY!

雖說少了模特兒公寓的「刺激」
althought i don't have MAPT that kind of EXCITE for the moment

這樣另外一種的「刺激」也是會讓人腎上腺素飆升的啊！
but this kind of EXCITE will make me piss offffffffff toooooooo!
